Local Implementation Plan 3 Consultation

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea run a consultation earlier this year called Commonplace Survey.

The Commonplace Survey has provided the Council with very valuable information on the kinds of transport problems that residents and others experience on their streets, and on some of the solutions that hundreds of people have suggested. The messages coming through from the survey have informed the policies and proposals that the Council has set out in their third Local Implementation Plan [LIP3].

The LIP3 is a document that shows how the Council plans to implement the Mayor of London’s Transport Strategy in Kensington and Chelsea, which is a legal requirement for London boroughs. The Council has just begun consulting people on the content of the document and would be interested to hear your views. The consultation ends on 6 January 2019.
