Quietways Cycle Ride in RBKC

09/07/2018

Quietways are the perfect routes for new or less confident cyclists providing continuous cycling routes away from the busiest roads. Even existing cyclists will find them useful links through some of the borough’s quietest roads!

Kensington and Chelsea’s first Quietway routes are now open and we’d like to invite you to join us for a ride to try them out. We’ll show you how to spot the Quietway signs and symbols, and it’s a great opportunity to find out how the network of routes are linked, givingoptions when route planning your cycle trips around the borough.

The ride is a group cycle ride accompanied by marshals.

We will cover the two numbered routes and some Quietway ‘links’ all in one ride:
• Q15 which runs from Belgravia to Earl’s Court
• Q2 from Bayswater to Little Wormwood Scrubs
• And the ‘links’ joining the two Quietways

Date: Saturday 14 July
Start time: 10:30am
Meeting point: Brompton Cemetery, Northern Gate on Old Brompton Rd
Nearest station: West Brompton

Book your free tickets here.

We will offer you a light refreshment once we reach Little Wormwood Scrubs, before we head back to the beginning of the route.

Finish time: 1:30pm

Brompton Cemetery, Northern Gate on Old Brompton Rd
