Bikeminded Film Club

04/12/2013

Following on from the hugely popular Bikeminded Film Festival in summer 2013, we would like to announce that we will be screening a film on the last Tuesday of every month from January to April 2014 in the art-deco splendour of the Lecture Theatre at Kensington and Chelsea Central Library. Oh yes. And did we say that entrance was free? So what films will we be showing?

Cinema audience

Of course. there is already a wide variety of cycling-themed films being shown at events such as the Bicycle Film Festival and through organisations such as the Hackney Film Society with some films being quite specialist and others being more mainstream.

With this in mind, we have themed our programme by following on from the main feature at our festival ‘Janapar‘, which was a very human story of someone’s experiences on the road telling stories about people he met and his own personal and emotional challenges on the way and of course, some beautiful and sometimes quite daunting landscapes through which he cycles. So there you go. But what wonderful films do we have lined up for your viewing pleasure?
