What time is it? It’s almost Copenhagen Cycling Culture time! At Bikeminded, we have been working in partnership with the Danish Embassy to host ‘Copenhagen Cycling Culture’ to raise awareness of the benefits of the cycling culture in Copenhagen and to discuss how that culture can be created in London and other cities.

Now only days away, it’s been wonderful to see such a positive response, with more than 250 people coming to the exclusive, sold-out event on Thursday 11 October at the Chelsea Old Town Hall. In addition to Mikael Colville-Andersen presenting on ‘How To Create A Cycling Culture’, there will also be a Q&A session chaired by the editor of the Times, James Harding and also images on display from Mikael’s photographic collection ‘Monumental Motion - A Cycling Life in the Capital of Denmark’. And what’s more, you will also have the chance to check out a number of well-known Danish bikes on display.
The competition is now closed
We have now given away 2 pairs of tickets to the ‘Copenhagen Cycling Culture’ event on Thursday 11 October, as well as a copy of Mikael Colville-Andersen’s fantastic book ‘Cycling Chic’ to 3 lucky winners!
