We’re sure you’ve all heard about this already and are busy planning your outfits, but for those of you who’ve missed the people flyering cyclists at every major junction or all the noise on twitter… this Saturday, 28 April, is the BIG Ride.
The London Cycling Campaign has organised this fun event to spread the message that London cyclists want safer streets for cycling. They’re asking all London cyclists to join them on this four mile traffic free ride. It starts at 11am from Park Lane, by Upper Brook Street, and heads over to Victoria Embankment. There are feeder rides from all over London and a picnic planned at the end.

This is not only a great way to ride the streets of Central London traffic free, but also to show your support for a stellar campaign. In case you miss the fine print, they’re also asking people to dress up, in white and red outfits. So what are you going to wear?
